Grove Bay Concessions, LLC was founded by long-time friends, life-long “foodies” and Florida natives, Francesco Balli and Ignacio Garcia-Menocal. The same team who manage and operate nine restaurants in South Florida. Together, they are bringing their financial prowess and operational excellence to the airport concession industry. In particular, Grove Bay has experienced tremendous success with its operations at Miami International Airport. In December 2018, Travel + Leisure magazine recognized Corona Beach House as the “Best Restaurant at MIA, According to Yelp.” Its success so great, the team opted to open a kiosk location, Corona Fresh Express, that has been equally successful and well-received. The two locations together service over 305,000 guests per year and score a combined 96.88% guest satisfaction rate among those guests.

This reputation of success is expected for Grove Bay, whose restaurants are lauded among the very best in South Florida. Grove Bay is the only restaurant group with the vast network of celebrity chefs in the region, with names recognizable to any traveler: Jeremy Ford, Richard Blais, Jeff McInnis, Janine Booth and Marcus Samuelsson, to name a few.

In all, Grove Bay has nine locations. seven (7) street side and two (2) airport locations in operation and two more under development. Grove Bay is one of the few 100% ACDBE operators at MIA and intends to obtain certification in Rhode Island.
